Coastal Championship Wrestling “Alive” Episode 87 debuted Tuesday on YouTube. This episode’s match was pre-taped at CCW’s Bash at the Brew 15 from the Unbranded Brewing Company in Hialeah, Florida on April 8, 2022. Here is what happened:

MARINA TUCKER vs. KILYNN KING (c)
CCW WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP
The last time these two battled was at Secret Treasure back in February. On that night, Tucker got herself disqualified by clocking King with the CCW Women’s Championship belt. This time, Tucker and King would meet inside a steel cage, no disqualifications and no countouts.
King and Tucker spent the majority of the match, it seemed, either climbing to the top rope or jumping off of it. As soon as the bell sounded, Tucker made a beeline for one corner and tried to scale the cage to escape. King climbed up with her and bulldogged the challenger back down to the mat.
After commercial, Tucker seemed to be in control, though her pin attempt was unsuccessful. Tucker looked for a basement clothesline, but King managed to catch Tucker’s arm, hit successive STOs and throw the challenger face-first into the cage. Tucker slowed a charging King with a boot and followed with a blockbuster from the top rope. When that garnered just a two count, a frustrated Tucker removed one of the turnbuckles.
Tucker tried to throw King into the exposed turnbuckle, but King managed to stop herself and tried to reverse. This time, Tucker managed to stop herself, as well, then lifted King up into a Gory special and slammed her backwards, face-first into the exposed steel. Now in control, a confident Tucker raked King’s face across the cage, then choked the champion with her own hair.
Tucker pulled King down to the mat with a rear naked choke and was stunned as the champion tried to stand up while still locked in the hold. Tucker climbed on King’s back to prevent it, but the powerful King made it to her feet with the challenger on her back, and used a snap mare to finally break free. Tucker charged, but King used her remaining strength to decimate Tucker with a lariat, leaving both women laid out on the mat.
King climbed the cage, but Tucker followed and the steel cage door came open. As both women battled in the high rent district, the referee worked to get the door closed. At the same time, King knocked Tucker down with a headbutt, but missed the subsequent frog splash. Tucker immediately climbed up herself and connected with a beautiful moonsault, but still could not get the pinfall.
As the match wound down, King and Tucker alternated forearms, upper cuts, and face rakes across the cage. Eventually, they would both end up back on the top rope. As Tucker attempted to tightrope walk from one corner to the other, King hit her with a superkick. Amazingly, Tucker maintained her balance on the top rope after the kick, but had no defense for King’s Super Choke Slam.
WINNER: KILYNN KING
