Coastal Championship Wrestling “Alive” Episode 112 debuted Tuesday on YouTube. This episode’s matches were pre-taped at Destiny Awaits from the MidFlorida Events Center in Port St. Lucie, Florida on September 30, 2022. Here is what happened:
MATCH #1
KILYNN KING (c) vs. MARINA TUCKER vs. ASHLEY D’AMBOISE
CCW WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP TRIPLE THREAT
For the first time in five months, former CCW Women’s Champion, Marina Tucker, returned to CCW to challenge for the title she lost just a few months ago. The current champion, Kilynn King has more successful title defenses under her belt than any other Women’s Champion in history. Looking to add a new wrinkle to this rivalry was Ashley D’Amboise who has been on fire in CCW of late and earned her spot in the championship match with a series of recent high profile wins.
Early on, D’Amboise and King teamed up on Tucker. As soon as they turned on each other, Marina Tucker rolled out of the ring and got out of their way. D’Amboise frustrated King by pulling King’s hair to prevent being whipped into the ropes, dropped King onto her back, and nailed the champion with a leg drop. D’Amboise looked to come off the ropes to do more damage, but Tucker seized the opportunity, pulled D’Amboise outside the ring, and rammed her head into the post.
Tucker returned to the ring, but King was ready for her. King hit a big boot off the ropes, then dropped Tucker face first into the turnbuckle. As D’Amboise returned, King lifted her into a fireman’s carry. D’Amboise wriggled out as Tucker came off the top rope with a dropkick that only hit King. Tucker immediately climbed back to the top, but King followed. Tucker knocked King down into the Tree of Woe as D’Amboise leapt to the top rope to attempt a superplex. Amazingly, King used her core strength to roll up, grab D’Amboise from behind for a German suplex at same time and all three women crashed to the mat.
The three combatants, positioned in a triangle, alternated forearm shots on their knees and continued with chops as they rose to their feet. King would hit a flapjack on Tucker before nearly getting pinned by D’Amboise after a rolling neck breaker. King countered with a roundhouse kick and full nelson slam and seemed to be poised to retain. However, as Kilynn King rolled over for the pin, Marina Tucker kicked King out of the ring and pinned D’Amboise herself.

MATCH #2
THE QROWN vs. ELEVATED STATUS (c)
CCW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP
Like Ashley D’Amboise, The Qrown, Leonis and Maximus, have been on a tear in CCW since their arrival just a few short months ago. On this night, they would get their shot at Elevated Status and the CCW Tag Team Championships. The Qrown were all business from the opening bell as Leonis flung Jonny Nova around the ring like a rag doll.
ERA ran in to try to stop the carnage and was hit with a double hip toss. ERA tried again with a cross body, but Maximus caught him mid-air and threw him into Jonny Nova. As soon as ERA made it to his feet again, Leonis clotheslined him over the top rope and onto the floor.
The Qrown went back to punishing Jonny Nova two-on-one and eventually set him up in one corner for what looked to be successive splashes. Maximus hit one, but, as Leonis revved up, ERA climbed up on the apron and hit Leonis with a low blow to draw the disqualification. As Elevated Status escaped to the back with their tag titles still intact, The Qrown made it clear that this was just the beginning.
WINNERS BY DISQUALIFICATION: THE QROWN
