Coastal Championship Wrestling “Alive” Episode 172 debuted Tuesday on YouTube. This episode’s King of the Territory match was pre-taped at Bash at the Brew 35 from the Unbranded Brewing Company in Hialeah, Florida on December 2, 2023. Here is what happened:
MATCH #1
KING OF THE TERRITORY MATCH
It’s that time of year again! Time for CCW to present the King of the Territory match, a Royal Rumble-style match, for an at-large shot at the CCW Heavyweight Championship. In this match, two men begin and a new competitor enters every sixty seconds. Eliminations occur when a competitor is thrown over the top rope and their feet hit the floor. Here is the order of entry.

The final five competitors in this match were Cha Cha Charlie, who entered at number one, Ricky Martinez, who entered at number four, Alex Chamberlain, Domino, and Q.T. Marshall. After their confrontation earlier in the evening, Marshall made a beeline for Alex Chamberlain as soon as his number was called. Several competitors tried to break up the brawl, but Marshall hit every one of them with a cutter to stay focused on Chamberlain.
Down to the final five, Alex Chamberlain found himself the odd man out, as all four of the other competitors ganged up on Alex in the corner. Moments later, Cha Cha Charlie and Ricky Martinez took the lead on eliminating Chamberlain. However, Martinez and Charlie began bickering while attempting the elimination. When they took their eyes off of Alex and focused on their infighting, Chamberlain threw them both out simultaneously.
Chamberlain next turned his attention to Domino and threw him over the top rope. Domino managed to hang on to avoid elimination, but Chamberlain tried to knock him off and finish the job. However, when Chamberlain charged, Domino moved and Chamberlain knocked Marshall off the apron instead, seemingly eliminating Marshall.
Domino got back into the ring and hit a flying clothesline on Alex Chamberlain, then looked to quickly eliminate him. Chamberlain reversed and threw Domino over the top rope to win the match, or so it seemed. Apparently, Q.T. Marshall’s feet never touched the floor, allowing him to remain in the match. As Chamberlain celebrated his victory, Marshall snuck back into the ring, hit a cutter, and threw Chamberlain over the top rope.
WINNER: Q.T. MARSHALL
